This bus is available every day to carry guests around to the four Suwa Taisha Shrines. Guests staying at the hotel may ride free of charge.

We can also provide transportation between Kamisuwa Station and the hotel. Please feel free to contact us when you arrive at the station.

Kamisuwa Onsen Shinyu offers three private semi-open-air onsen baths. Guests staying at the hotel can use one for 40 minutes for 2,000 yen. Please enjoy a high-quality onsen bath with spring water flowing directly from the source in a relaxing atmosphere.

Enjoy gourmet food in a private room

You can leisurely enjoy both breakfast and dinner at the private restaurant “Miko.” The interior is designed with a calm, warm atmosphere. Seating can be arranged in chairs or on tatami mats for the comfort of guests of any age, and the private rooms are spacious enough to accommodate a wheelchair.

Relax in a gorgeous outfit

Our yukata were created by an artist in Kyoto based on the hotel owner’s wish for “a pattern that makes women look most beautiful with Lake Suwa in the background.” The yukata and tanzen (large padded coat) have also been fully coordinated by a professional stylist. In addition to the relaxing time at the hotel, please also enjoy wearing yukata for a stroll.

Comfortable pajamas are prepared for bedtime. They are made of soft fabric that invites you to relax. Many guests purchase a set of these pajamas to wear at home because they find them so comfortable.

Luxurious bedding for an excellent night’s sleep

The hotel makes use of high-quality bedding to ensure that you get a relaxing and restful night of sleep. Our mattresses, designed to be gentle on your lower back, and nanotech fiber comforters help you get a good night’s sleep to relieve your daily fatigue and heal in mind and body.
Two types of pillows are available: hard and soft. Please choose the one that best suits your preferences.
