Renovated in August 2022, our suite rooms with open-air baths are designed not only for luxury but also for ease of use with a universal design that includes no steps. These rooms are accessible to all guests, regardless of disabilities. Up to four guests, including one in an electric bed, can sleep comfortably.

The spacious rooms, ranging from 73㎡ to 80㎡, are fully wheelchair accessible and include universal design features in the toilet, washbasin, and other areas.

In your private open-air bath with water from our own “Bisui Spring” hot spring source, indulge in the exclusive view of Lake Suwa. The room features original panels and fusuma doors with parts painted by a Russian ink painter, uniquely arranged to depict the beauty of Lake Suwa on Kyoto paper. The open-air bath is discreetly enclosed with kumiko latticework shoji screens. The interior fabrics are specially sourced from overseas, creating a unique, luxurious modern Japanese space. Relax in this opulent setting and enjoy the serene view of Lake Suwa at your leisure.

Universal design means the room is designed for a wide range of users, regardless of disabilities. Everyone is welcome to make a reservation.
