Disaster and Emergency Response Guide

Kamisuwa Onsen Shinyu makes use of a Disaster and Emergency Response Guide as part of its efforts to create a safe and secure environment for guests and employees. We will remain fully prepared for disasters at all times, with the goal of going beyond simply providing accommodations. We stock emergency food, take measures to ensure both sanitation and privacy, and provide staff with training to enable them to respond quickly and accurately to official evacuation guidance in order to ensure that guests are able to stay with peace of mind.
